Putting in at the creek that runs a few hundred yards behind the house. Going to try and pattle out to Nassau river.

The first portage around some downed trees.

Made it out the other end, no bats... that's a good thing.

A family of wood ducks.

The end of the line. Way too swampy and thick on either side to portage around this mess. Time to turn around and head home.
